It probably didnt take him very long, all you need to do is slip the whole thing over her head, or slide it down, eather way is much faster than undoing them all. ;)

if theres one thing weve learnt from final fantasy its that when someone puts on a set of clothes they will never take them off, . Unless there is some form of special occasion, but theyre probably wearing theyre old clothes underneath. So she probably got dressed once and stayed like that forever.
