It was an ok game, dosent deserve how much abuse it got, maybe because it was so largely hyped I guess........

Still have it. Got it some years ago. I love it, its one of my all -time favourite games. The battle system is cool and I love plot twists.

I"ve beaten the game.. I restarted recently and go to the fisght with lenus (dragoon form) on Disk 2 ... but then the game froze over and over again...... I've gotten a Disc Doctor... *In STORES NOW* and I"ve been to busy to play it...

Lenus is the hardest part of LoD.

Still doesnt detract from the fact its a great game.

Virage fighting was so awesome.


and all the battle themes, quite enjoyable.


edit: by the way, I did beat Melba Frama, it was a challenge, and it was enjoyable.

i beat her dragoon form in 3 minutes with no dragoons and useiing rose(my worst char) and not useing her i beat lenus in 1 minute exactly with albert

I thought the Haschel only fight at the end was hard considering I never used him and a;; the charachters I use have fast additions.

EDIT: She made me waste 5 healing fogs. I hate that attack that brings you to one, the first time I thought it was luck, and afterward, I realized it was gay.

I"ve beaten her loads of times.. one time I killed her in 3 turns for each chara!!!! I thought both forms were really easy....

I thought Lenus was one hell of an easy boss. I also thought Faust was the hardest, but that may just be me. =]

EDIT: I really hated the game though. Passed it, but hated it. =]

I loved it, especially the battle system where it took some skill to be good at. Story line wasn't bad either, decent graphics for PS back then as well.

Thats overkill, you only need him at like level 3.

Excellent game, story, music, and re-play value. The only down side has to be the strategy guide that was made for it. I have more written info in that little sucker than the people who typed it.

Got A File On It, Just Haven't Gotten Back Round To Playing On It. But, The Game Itself Kicks Mega Butt, One Of The All Time Best RPG's For The PS1.

Legend of Dragoon was very good. Fun battle system, beautiful cities, interesting characters and somewhat of a complicated story line. I liked the stardust side-thing, too. I played this game such a long time ago, though. I can't remember that much except that something about the final boss' story kind of caused me nightmares. :cry:

Battle music stuck in my mind for a while after I played. I remember talking to a friend on the phone and hearing that music again and I said, "Are you guys playing legend of dragoon?" and she said, "huh how did you know!"

I find it impossible to believe you got him to 10 in the forest, you would have been there for at least5 hours fighting as the monsters give VERY little exp and as the only time i ever leveled up was when fighting a boss I find it impossible to believe

Also Melbu Frama is a wimp, all you need is 30k money and to go to Lohan to buy the Ultimate Wargods (less if you use Miranda) which I know is difficult but it is doable

You can level up that much, I just wouldnt take the time though.
