to me its the 2nd best FF. FF9 is the best in my opinion but FF8 definetly has the best character personalitys out of any game i have ever seen and has the best love storys on any FF but FF9 is only just better in my opinion.

I like all the FF games. I like FFVIII for all the things it brought to the FF genre. It's my fav. along with FFIX.

I loved FF8, its my fave. I really liked FF9 too, the end boss fights were so epic. One thing that gets annoying replaying FF8 though is having to draw tons of magic... FF7 didnt do anything for me ( sorry cloud fans ).

For me VII is the all time final fantasy but VIII still rules, I'm not really into the Junction system, I know how to use it but... for me I like to keep it simple it's too much work otherwise.
