Billie Joe armstrong, is <img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif">e, he doesnt even play the crappy guitar solos in all their songs, they have some other guy play them, and he rekons tht greenday have the best bassist, n drummer in the world..... but i guess he is good at writing songs which are catchy and appeal to the mainstream listeners.
Matt Bellamy actually writes decent music, is a good singer, guitarist, piano player, and muse are one of the best live bands, and isnt in anyway uphimself.

Indeed he does, but from what i've seen in interviews and whatnot (since i've never met either of them :rolleyes2 ) Billie Joe is far worse. From what i've seen of Matt Bellamy he seems like a decent bloke, i've never personally heard him make sweeping statements like Billie Joe but i'll take your word on that.

Him being around longer doesn't justify the fact that he's making claims like that either.

There's been a few more argeumentations with this, but I'll be fussing over it anyway.
Firstly, Matt Bellamy is a decent musician. He writes and plays good music and, as said, Muse are a brilliant live band. If anyone deserves to show off, it's ol' Matty.
Secondly, 'he's the absorbed one'? That couldn't be further from some sort of truth-like object. He barely talks. In all three of Muse's albums, there has only been two pictures of the band (one backing Showbiz, and another black and white, scrumpled picture inside Absolution). That all says diddly-squat about their music, but it must show that they're not arrogant showy idiots, pasting their faces everywhere (unlike Greenday).

No, I know. You've misunderstood. It's just that the fact that Muse don't do that may show something.
Y'know (*runs away off topic with a smile*), it depends how you do that anyway. Crappy pop crap that fills it's little booklets with nothing but boring shots of themselves- that's always crap. They just like their own face. Having other people like it is how they sell.
People like Marilyn Manson fill their albums with their own pictures, but with him it's all a part of his little show. Those pictures are not actually him, Warner, but his darling character Manson, you understand? They're interesting and... artsy (I guess) pictures.

That doesn't mean he can be big headed. It's still just as annoying.
Being around for longer doesn't mean anything. When you've actually done something you can show off (if you're Lemmy, you should).
Experience? A longer time doesn't nessecarily mean more experience. You ahve to have done good work in that time. Bellamy may have had a shorter time (if that's true, anyway) but he's done better and more original work.
