A conversation between Cloud and Tifa starts.
"You know we should be Gillionares, I mean we risked our necks saving the world and yet we don't have any m,oney, going through all that we should be living like kings, don't you think so Tifa?" Cloud asks.

Tifa is snoring.

"Tifa!" Cloud shouts and he arouses her.
"What were you saying?" she says with a yawn.
"I said don't you think we should be gillionares after the stuff we went through, I mean come one the whole planet knows we got rid of Meteor and we're not getting any rewards" says Cloud.

"Most definetly we should be living in a mansion!" says Tifa while laying on the bed twildling her fingers and looking at her nails.

Hey I'm wondering why too. like in FFX the whole planet knows Yuna destroyed Sin, but yet do they give her a big house and a statue made of gold that Biran promised. In any FF does this happen and do you think that they deserve to too? I do but I can see why in IX since the battle was in a different dimension and Garnet was already rich to begin with.

I don't know about you, but I definitely had a lot of money towards the end of every single of my ff games.

and Yuna can get a statue. Go play ffx-2

Well, why should people care if they never do? You can run through houses, go into the bath and pick up everything you need and nobody cares. Fantasy games never were that logical..

We could talk about this and that, too, but since you've asked:

In FFX the world gets rescued every few years, everybody knows somebody will summon something and then kill this SIN for a few years. This got to an ordinary procedure. In other games this is unusual and we never know if they get their statues or if people even know who has rescued them. Which means: These hero actings are unique and no all-time-repeated actions.

But they deserve better I see why with Garnet and Zidane, she's a Queen, she's already rolling in the gil.

For the same reason that, despite the fact that only your party can save the world, merchents won't give you anything for free, or even a discount.

Videogame people are jerks.
