Probably not. Your best bet is to use a proxy site to access stuff.

I've never tested this, so I don't know if it works.

Go to altavista.com.
Go to the translator.
And then, translate whatever site you want.
TRANSLATE IT TO ENGLISH. Not from English, to english. Unless you know other languages.

Your school is like mine. They block it because they sense bad language and such. Try going on New grounds. Watch what happens...
