Emerils's pretty good.
He freaking made salad dressing using grease and mustard and other other assorted items.
I don't watch his show often but I'm amazed when I watch it every few months.:)??

I know Iron Chef, mainly because it's on BBC Food. Food Network is like BBC Food, right? I love food channels.

You have no idea how many hours I've devoted to watching food network. I ADORE FOOD NETWORK. Emeril is my god. And Everyday Italian with Giada De Laurentiis. And $40 or less a day with Rachel Ray is really great too.
And Iron Chef is an amazing show. I watch both the American and Japanese versions every chance I get. I sit there in amazment and watch these crazy chefs make full course meals outta freakin' lettuce. Incredible!

You have to watch the Secret Life of... of Unwrapped, you learn about the histories of food and the most famous resteraunts. Sometimes I don't like watching Emeril, because it makes me hungry.

I'm the only vote for Iron Chef so far? I've been hooked on that show for almost ten years now.
...Good god saying that made me feel old.

I like $40 a Day and Rachel Ray's other show, forget what it's called, it's just a cooking show though. Iron Chef is fun to watch. I also love to watch the Food Network Challenge shows, where the chefs make cakes or huge sculptures out of melted sugar. Those are so awesome. :spin:
The only issue I have with Emeril is the weird attendance crowd. :p He's a great engaging chef though, made for TV. Iron Chef is also really fun to watch too. It's amazing how intense it can get.
I'll vote Iron Chef, because it's the cooking show that rekindled my interest in the art.

Iron Chef was good, before it became Iron Chef: America.
Unwrapped is probably my favorite Food Network show, because I just find it interesting to see where to food I like comes to be.
