It worked last night for me. Anyways Sephyt seems easy or that guy was just pretty good, though at sometimes I felt he should have done something but he didn't, but maybe that was me....

Well... to me, atleast, it seems like Sephy will be an in-story boss. But I guess we'll have to wait for the game to be released outside Japan until we can find out. Also, atleast it seems harder to dodge Sephy's attacks in KH2. I mean... I can even beat him without healing myself even once in KH1 for god's sake! Sephy in KH1 is sooooo overrated!

Also, I think it's sad that the ability "second chanse" still exists in KH2. :eep:

Well apparently there's like second chance, third chance, fourth chance....I think he went up to seventh chance. Or maybe in the game, second chance keeps you alive through the end of a combo or something, which officially makes it broken if that is the case.

And without Sin Harvest, NOTHING can stop the broken ability "Second Chanse".

I really hope there will be tougher super bosses than Sephy in this game. The kind of super bosses that lasts atleast 25 min and can beat the crap out of your MP and Second Chanse.

i think people who are going on about how 'easy' Sephiroth was, should realise maybe everyone here doesn't have the smae highly athletic thumbs you have, or the, errrrrr 'interlectual skill' to beat an optional boss in a game.
Even on level 100, sure, the battle wasn't hard, but it wasn't like i could do it in my sleep either. It's not like you get anything if you win anyway.
I don't mean to offend, but dispite it being an awsome game for everyone, you have to keep in mind it was kinda designed for 9-10 year olds.

GAH!! I havent played KH in a LONG time and went back to beat Sephy in my lv.74 expert file and I just cant do it. I can get past Sin Harvest with no problem, but later on for some reason I just cant seem to beat him.

Me, being a person who sucks at optional bosses, will die a horrile and painful death in this battle. Im gonna try it, but I'll die. Maybe if I start doing all the optional bosses in my current games I can get better and actually learn to get really for these kinds of bosses, because I'd love to beat a KH version of Sephy.

I don't use items, but yeah, it's really important, to use one if you get hit, because he always immediately follows up with a hit that will kill you otherwise.

no, you watch that a few times, that guy knew exactly what sephiroth was going to do, a perfect example is when the meteors came down and the guy used them to stay elevated. Or when the dark energy balls came together he jumped at exactly the right time.

Maybe it's more of an odds thing....I mean, he was still concerned about health, so obviously, it's still possible to die, so perhaps 1 Second Chance gives, say, a 15% chance of survival, but it can be stacked.....or maybe I'm completely out to lunch and he used a Game Shark.
