I rather liked the Mega 64 Metal Gear Solid. Admittedly, I've only ever seen clips on the Internet, but I thought it was hilarious. I believe that's what you mean in the first post, as there was also a very funny Shenmue one.

Who the heck made that? That was awesome funny. I'm tempted to ask if Square made it themselves, since that's obviously not just something people ripped from the movie and played around with. Except the quality of their looks are a bit off. Or I'm remembering the movie wrong. But in either case, that's really well done if someone spoofed it.

Anyway, I look more towards webcomics for parodies than I do for flash toons. Unfortunately, a lot of them are crap.

I've always been partial to Slow Beef's lengthy take (http://www.slowbeef.com/MG2) on Metal Gear 2. It's best if you've already played the game yourself, but I'd think it'd be at least pretty enjoyable either way.
