Whats the lowest lvl you beat the game at?

My personal lowest was lvl 20 all around party first time through

I beat it lowest at level 48. i havent tried any low level challenges yet...

My highest is level 100 with everybody, plus all ultimate weapons, 9999 hp on all and a few other maxed stats and all GFs

i havnt beet the game yet but all gfs lvl100 and irvine squall rinoa at lvl100

Its really not a low level challenge per say. with the right junctioning, you can really beat the game at any lvl

well im better with my other file it is all party members lvl25 on disk two and all gfs at lvl 22
