Yeah, there's different categories to choose avatars from. Its not just the set that pops up when you hit the avatar link ^_^

I see what you mean by the gallery being a bit small compared to some other forums, but there is still plenty to choose from & seeing as we can upload our own avatars to use, does it really matter?

well, some ppl don't have their own avatars and they are also picky on what they want to use so variety is a must. Also, some ppl are just too lazy to put their avatar up.

Is it really that much effort to click Upload and find the right file? It's quicker to do it that way rather than go through pages and pages of avatars until you finally find one that you want, so being lazy doesn't really count. :p

For people who don't have their own avatars they can always request to have one made in the Avatar service thread (http://forums.eyesonff.com/showthread.php?t=43913) in the Help Forum.

Sure, more avatars could be added to the gallery, but surely it's not that important.

To be lame, I counted all the avatars later when I was last in the gallery and found the number to be 788. I'm sure that it is a very respectable number, yes?

Failing that, let's all make Squenix avatars and send them all to cl_outGuu!
