Have you ever met someone talked during the evening and at the end count him (or her) as one of your closest friends, a couple of days ago I made friends with a guy call Nedstark (I started talking to him cause Ned Stark is a character from one of my fave series of books) and by the end of the evening we were good friends the next day I started to talk to him again and at the end of the evening once again I felt like I had known the guy for years and then when I got to 30 he helped me with getting to Pashow to talk to the Dark Knight. well for me this is what makes a game basicly I want to know what makes this game special for you. have you ever had an experience like this?

You know... far too many people get totally caught up in the level grind and miss everything else this game has to offer. The social aspect of this game is very powerful. I've had experiences like this and a feel you are gonna find that something like this just scratches the surface. I did most of my later Rank missions with a semi-static group... stuff like this brings you together but nothing as powerfully as CoP.

For most people there is a point where you basically must use a static to finish CoP. Well our static group went hard at it together from 5-3 until the end (8-4) and by the end you feel like you are family with these people. It definitely brings you together with people. I think more people should enjoy these relationships.

Ouch!

Your friend is instantly a freakin' amazing person for naming himself after Ned Stark. I get sick of people with variants of Sephiroth for their name, but when someone comes around as Nedstark, I just want to give them a big hug. Jonsnow would be better, though. =D

As far as making friends, I don't make new ones too often unless I meet them in the RedLotus linkshell I'm part of. I have plenty of friends. I wouldn't be able to play the game if they weren't around. Online games are no fun if you don't have friends to play with.

No. I find it hard to converse with very many people on a very serious level since 90% of them type like "hy u ned pt lv22 hlp plz? o ur 2 hi lv srry disban now kthnx gl." But there do come a few every now and then who I can understand to some degree and talk to, which is always the best times.

Ouch!
