i used him to level up to 100 easily. once you get used to his pattern, the really only hard thing about him is the heartless angel. (and even then, thats really easy to interrupt.) after doing it so many times, it was easy, but not the first few times...

Sephiroth *yawn*. Easy. Mind you, first time I fought him I got pwned. Repeatedly. I just left him til next playthrough. Now...I can beat him at lvl 67 in expert mode!

Hes too easy mainly because i'm level 100 but i could probably do it at about Level 80:)

Yes, I have gotten mystery goo! I got Ultima Weapon now!:D Thanks for the help! Back on topic, last night was the fifth time I've beaten Sephiroth. Easy! I think I'll beat him about 5 more times today.

I was at my cousins, and KH was the only game they had that was on my memory card, and as I had already completted the game, and needed to have an excuse to not play with my cousins, I just beat him a few times over.

I've done everything on Kingdom Hearts. 313 hours playing time, all trinities, weapons, everyone level 100. But the one thing I haven't been able to do is beat that darn Neverland Phantom.

I usually take about 3-5 hits trough the entire battle. I can beat him without having to heal myself even once without too much trouble and I will soon, after I've completed the Xenosaga challange, try to beat him without taking a singel hit. :greenie:

If you chose the slow leveling-thingy in the begining of the game and only fight unavoidable battles, you should probably be able to make it to Sephy at level 20-25 or something like that. Now THAT would be cool... and hard. :cool:

Before I sold my KH, I routinely beat Sephiroth in Expert Mode (I didn't even bother with Normal), and I usually fought him for EXP. I fought him around level 45. As long as you interrupt Sin Harvest, you shouldn't be taking enough damage to heal from.

He gives you 18000 exp which is a guranteed level up, so thats why i beat him so many times:)

the first time i met sephy i got killed very easily. He was so much harder than any other boss in the game. But after a while i found it easy. i replayed the game on expert about a year ago now, and tried to meet him on my lowest level. I think it was something like lvl 52. next time tho, im gona try and go tru the game without fighting and try and reach him on lvl20-30. possible? i dunno.....

Why must it be 42, there is no reason you can't beat him at any level, if you can dodge like hell and have a lot of pantience but still just cause its pretty much impossible doesen't mean it isen't do'able so youre wrong the lowest level is not 42 if youre 41 doesen't mean you can't do it

Nope, I haven't tried to. My friend did, she beat him and when the scene where cloud and Sephiroth were supposed to met...her disc just showed him when he flew away! XD Her disc was so messed up that it's missing so many scenes from the game! lol ...I'm such a bad friend. XP

Yeah, I did. I believe it was on my second try, as my first was the experimenting/research stage. Beat him badly too, as I didn't even use Elixirs, just kept casting Curaga. I was the aggressive one in my fight, never gave the guy a moment unless necessary.

I usually wait for him to do Flame Pillar, beat him down to purple, then Strike Raid when he does Heartless Angel. Then beat the crap out of him with Arcanum when he does the Meteor thing. :cat:

I only beat him once, it took me a long time to beat him and when I did, I never tried again. He'd probably wipe he floor with me dozens of times before I beat him again.

The first time is always the best. But it's never as good a feeling as the first time. :cat:
