Sneak Attack Materia

Can someone please tell me if there is any easier way of getting my hands on sneak attack materia. Everytime i go to the races i have to go through a bunch of races just to get to a race where i can actually have a chance at winning a sneak attack materia and when i finish i end up winning one of the other 3 prizes! Can someone help me or do i just have to keep at it until i get lucky?? Thanks!
