I know you guys get this all the time (I really need to keep an eye on this site more), but I was wondering if anyone could tell me where you can obtain the Earth Harp. I've looked all over but I can't seem to find it.

Honestly, the sidequest is just a rumor... It has never really been proven and has been debated one too many times.
