when is the class change

when is the class change for your characters? or how do you make it occur? I have a white mage, black mage, fighter, and thief and they are all level 32. I just got the canoe and have the earth crystal but not the fire yet.

You have to get the floater from the ice cave, get the airship, get the rat tail from the castle of ordeals, then fly to the Cardia islands and talk to Bahumat.

It's usually easier to sail to the castle of ordeals.

Don't forget to buy Lvl. 1-3 White Magic for your Fighter and lvl 1-4 Black Magic for your thief when they transform

yep. go talk to bahamut, king of dragons in the little island chainy thingy.
another yep- you can buy magic for a couple upgraded classes as well.
