Post count glitch!!!!!!!

Right i found this unitenially if you go on your own profile and then go on Find all posts by ..... then at the top it says showing 1-50 of ..... and that is your post count:) I found i had like 1300:)

Why so many exclamation marks?

I'm always curious about this because I wonder if the person sitting at his/her computer is actually screaming wildly as excessive exclamation marks would indicate. Or are they screaming in their heads? Are they screaming at all? One exclamation mark to me is just raising one's voice. Two is yelling. Three is screaming. So more than five exclamation marks would just be an outrageous amount of noise wouldn't it?

If it weren't 1:00 in the morning, I would try screaming post count glitch!!!!!!! as loudly as I could just to see how it sounds. It's funny cause I can already hear it in my head, but I don't think it's nearly as loud inside my head as it would be outside.

there is NO POST COUNT my posts only go back to 2003, I've been a member since 2000. It's not a post count it's just showing you the posts in the database

Yes you can get an estimate of your posts by searching posts by user. It's not completely accurate, though. Congratulations on discovering this. Did you know we have usernotes too?

For Sora it may be more accurate. But for me, my "post count" as found through searching is way off. When you add the first vB, the UBB, and the EzBoard into the mix, it's not even a reasonable estimate.

Also, people have known this for ages. But as people have been saying, the longer you're here the less and less accurate it is.

It tells me that I have 3595 posts...but that is BS. It is way more than that. It has got to be more like...10,000 by now. Give or take 1,000 :D
