Select button

I've been searching all over the Net but I cant find the answer to this. On PS control pad, there is a Select button. What is it equivalent to in the PC version?(in default keyboard config setting). And how do you open the World Map in the PC version if you dont have the Select button? Thanks a lot.

The 'F' key will bring up the world map. Hit it again and it's a flat version of the map. Hit it again and you'll see little yellow dots of various places in the world.

I guess that means 'F' is also the button you hold down if you want to use Boost with a GF.

Use the FF8Config executable to check/change any of your button settings.
