I know that 'essex' isn't an accent, but I dislike the word 'cockney' because I don't talk like that! You can still tell through the way I speak that I'm northern, I just speak more like everybody else here so that they can understand what I'm actually saying! :p I know what you mean about the Essex thing, I've got that accent myself. It's just that a hybrid of Geordie-ness and Essex-ness would be really cool. You'd be a little North/South divide, all by yourself!
