What to do?

I've just recently noticed the user notes in my profile. Since I never payed attention to those before, am I supposed to respond or something? IF so, I oppologize to all the poeple who I have ignored for who knows how long.

Yeah you can respond; they're your user notes. You can send user notes to other people as well now, which is something you typically do when someone posts in yours. Unless you're like esstlinc, then you just post in his for the hell of it.
