need the celestial mirror

i keep trying to get the legendary weapons, and i use the cloudy mirror, but it doesnt work:( . I heard that u need the celestial mirror (or sumthing like that) but i dont no how 2 get it :cry: can someone help me?

Macalania woods, talk to the people at the bottom of the shining path a few times. Retrieve missing family members. Go to the opened fork on the shiny path and the plant should turn the cloudy mirror in to the celestial mirror.
