I had porridge this morning - it was " lumpy " in consistency and pretty tasteless. I probably won't eat it again. What about you ? Do you like porridge ? Huh ? Well, DO YA ?

My mom told me I would start to lisp if I didn't eat my porridge. :/
Anyways, it tastes good.

No I don't like it. I had porridge once when I was kid, an I thought it was disgusting. I actually thought they were just joking when they gave it to me, an it was actually baby food for my brother. I never ate it again after that.

I prefer congee, a type of rice porridge eaten in Asian countries. I like mine with lean beef, century egg and fried breadsticks.

Porridge - the normal stuff, is okay. But that Ready Brek stuff I used to have when younger was friggin' awesome.

No. My mother kept feeding me porridge while I had chicken pox, and that day I swore never to touch the foul stuff ever again.

I haven't broken that vow yet. >=/

You just have to know how to make it right. Use cremota......which is finely mulched up oats. And if you don't have any then just throw some oats into the blender and churn them full blast. Using half water and half milk is also a good idea, it stops it from being too milky or too watery. Also, while your putting in all the ingredients, make sure you add a pinch of salt. This helps bring out the flavour. And definatly use brown sugar to sweaten it up afterwards. If you do it right it won't be lumpy and will be extremely nice, one of the better foods you will eat during your lives :)

*dissapears in a cloud of.......porridge!*
