I was in the same situation, unfortunately, I had no luck. Once I got my Window's laptop I used that for Emulation.
I had a PSX emulator working but I felt that I'd just rather play games normally. And your looking for a NES and SNES emu arent ya.

there's a mac snes (http://www.zophar.net/mac/nes.html)9x emulator that should work for mac. HERE (http://www.snes9x.com/downloads.php) is a list from the snes9x webpage with some links to places you can try to download the mac software from. :hourglas:

The problem with the MAC emulators isnt getting hold of them, its getting hold of the ROM's that play on them, mark my words, There are No SNES ROM's that will work on Mac.

When I download a SNES ROM, Im unable to open the zip, thus I cannot play them. Guess others can ?

>>> I asked you for the operating system not the processor, you have a G4 processor which is twice as fast as a Pentium III, and for the OS I guess youre using one of the latest ones..

I guess you dont know much about Macs and you have a pretty decent machine there (I just have an old G3).. Of course with such machine you can run a Snes rom and unzip a file. You just have to learn how to use it properly..

If I really tried I would of probably found out a way to run the SNES emu, but I got my laptop recently after I decided to try and run emu's.

A friend of mine had the same problem too. We can't unzip the emulator files. It says it's a G-zip file. Anyone can help us? What do we need?

For Windows, the best Nes and SNEs emulators are Nestopia, ZSNES.
