Can u go into the crater and come out?

Can you go into the crater and get both W-Magic, Sheild and Mega-All is so tell me which way to go and come back out cuz i figure it out

all 3 of them on the left path, it's been a while but as long as you don't go past the part where you meetup with the other characters you can just climb back out.

Yeah, you can go all the way down, get everything, and come all the way back. Just so long as you don't go past where you meetup with all your party members...otherwise you'll end up going to the final battles.
