What happened to supporting your fellow staff's decisions? Even if they're bad ones?
Are we to take relief in the fact that one staff member found our posts to be acceptable, even stating so for everyone else to see, or are we to wait until each staff member saw them before we can be assured of their being ok? If one staff member, perhaps incorrectly did not ban someone for posting a picture of a man fornicating with an automobile, shouldn't the rest of staff accept it and move on? Or do you only follow some staff's decisions and not others?
Outlining the procedures for when you support your fellow staff, and when you treat them as jerks whose words mean nothing would be very benneficial to the EoFF members. Thank you in advance. :)
