View Full Version : B-Sides
Anyone who's ever delved into a band's back catalogue will know that some of their best work never makes it onto an album. Fortunately, in recent years the internet has made it much easier to get hold of B-Sides, and people are becoming more aware of the hidden gems out there. There are plenty of songs out there that deserve to be acknowledged alongside an artist's best work, with Radiohead's Talk Show Host being a good example, and one of my personal favourites.
Do you have a large collection of B-Sides, and which stand out for you in particular?

I actually have a lot of Nirvana's B-side tracks like Marigold, Kurmudeon, and Marijuana. They have a lot more but but those 3 are my favorites especially Marigold, even though it was performed and written by Dave Grol and doesn't sound like a typical Nirvana song.

I love B-sides. I have a lot of old disco b-sides on LP and many, many more with Grace Jones.

I have a few Gorillaz songs never released in the uk, a very good song called Faust they never released
My favourite songs are almost always B-Sides. I have quite a few Dresden Doll ones. I have a massive amount of Evanescence ones, though I really don't listen to them anymore.
I really want to build up my Tori Amos B-Side collection because she has like, hundreds (quite literally) of B-Sides. She's so brilliant. :)

My mother has real b-sides. We lack a turntable right now, but the vinyl exists.
I think I have or at least have had at some point every Evanescence B-side and whatever in existence.
Other than that... couldn't say. A few Coheed and Cambria things. And I want to get The Fall Of Troy's other stuff. But other than that, pretty much everything I have is from the main album.
