I was walking back from town the other day, and I was thinking about stuff. And I got to thinking, walking is pretty damn cool. I like to walk places. Do you like to walk? Yes, no? Annnnd...go!

What is this "walking" you speak of?
It's too cold at the moment but it's always cool when the weather is good, walking in hail stone hurts.

Cry, mostly.

How does one transport themself through the modem of crying?

I also pretend to be a furry since it's SO KEWEL. EVERYFUR! ;)

But seriously, I do like to walk when I'm with my friends. :)

If you cry as many tears as I do, you can form a river to your destination. And then it's all down to a matter of personal expression, really. Maybe you'll swim there, or windsurf, or steal a hovercraft and travel like that. Personally, I like to use the tried-and-trusted Jesus method.

DK

Interesting, Interesting. However, the Jesus method is still basically walking, just on water. Paul Jesus Walks!

I quite enjoy walking. I've even set aside learning how to drive for now just so I can walk more. That and I suck ass at driving.

Walking is for freaks with legs. Go to hell and burn, Dan. I'm awf'lly offended now. :mad2:

That's because you are unfit! :p

I love walking. Gives me some alone time to think about stuff. :) I walk through rain and shine.

I like walking under certain circumstances. I don't like having to walk somewhere when ive got loads of shopping to carry, or when its too cold, or raining in a fashion that could potentially ruin my hairdo. I also don't like walking along side roads, when people beep at me, shout things at me, whistle at me, or creepily offer me a lift.

It depends where I'm walking. Obviously if I'm having to walk through a dodgy neighbourhood, or to say the dentists then I couldn't hate it more. Plus I have my reoccuring back problem which means walking is sometimes an exercise in pain tolerance for me. Some days however it's fine, and I like nothing better than to stroll home from uni around the streets of Hampstead.

I walk. I love to especially when I am home. All around you is the trees, (and a highway T_T) But it is so nice to walk in the peaceful silence listening to the wind blow in the trees, the gurgling of the water and the the life in nature...*daydreams*

I fear walking these days, each time you go to turn a street there's a gang of about 7 chavs smoking with a can of beer staring at me waiting to chase me.

Walking is the best exercise and I like to walk, but there is really nowhere that I can walk where I live because the roads are too narrow and the traffic is sometimes too crazy. I walk on my treadmill and I do at least 2 miles four days a week. :cat:

I like walking when it is sunny, and stuff. However, I can't stand to go walking in the cold/rain/snow. :(

I used to walk alot. But then I moved into THIS neighborhood... now if I go and walk somewhere, I will probably get mugged by the locals. Plus there would be a bunch of old people shouting "You takin' a walk son? Can I come with ye?"

Yeah. I don't walk anymore. >_>

I don't drive, so I walk a lot to train stations/bus stops/local shops/everywhere.

Stop being so lazy and pollutey and get some exercise, bastardfaces.

It's a lot easier to walk in the city than in the suburbs.
Suburbia sprawls, cities are compact. Walking is just easier.
I've walked at least 2-3 miles a day since arriving here.

I'm bored and have nothing to do today. Wanna go for a walk?

Sarcasm has been noted.

Actually, what I meant was I go to a school on a large campus, and I walk pretty much everywhere I want to go. So I walk at least a little bit everyday.

I walk to school and work. It's nice. I get paid $2 a day for walking to work.

Fun Fact: It takes 45 minutes to walk from my father's house to my house. And I get to dodge cars and run across motorways!

I enjoy walking a lot, especially when it's chilly or raining. Walking in the heat = not pleasant. :(

When I walk, I walk around my school a bit, in between classes, during lunch when I feel like being alone, it's noisy, but better than not walking at all. My school is 45 minutes from where I live, so I almost never walk to or from school, it's mostly busy streets and part of it is up hill.

I don't mind walking, it's nice sometimes, just don't like walking between my school and home.

I used to walk for miles around my campus. But these days I don't do much walking at all. I firmly believe that if I had a little puppy to walk, I would be in much better shape and with a healthier heart.
