So I was riding my horse back from the countryside tomorrow, when I wondered if I could lose more weight if I had chosen to walk from town instead.

What's your favourite method of BURNING THOSE CALORIES? :greenie: Or do you think exercise is for lemmings?

Lemmings jump off cliffs! :D

...I like to walk. :)

I used to go to a contact tai-box class that rocked. For an hour you'd do various routines where you were punching and kicking bags. That was a great way to reduce stress.

When I was on my diet last year, I didn't do much exercise at all. I just made sure to walk as much as I could. I relied heavily on the food I ate and just calorie counted my way to 65kg-heaven.

But I like jogging. Nice and easy.

EDIT: And wth? Malaysia has countryside and horses that HAVEN'T been slaughtered for hotdog meat?

I'm going to the gym in about 15 minutes to pay up and get membership and then start going there as often as possible. it's at least a 3 mile walk up a big coastal path to the gym, too, so it should be great. :D

That's horrible and very unhealthy! :(

Oh, I have gym membership too. I have no idea why. I went once with a friend and it actually turned out to be a pretty worthwhile experience. NOT.

Getting tired and sweaty isn't my idea of a good time.

I don't do excersise, I avoid it at all costs. If I HAVE to do it for some reason then I tend to regret doing it afterwards. :greenie:

Going to the gym with friends.

We like to stand outside the window and eat icecream in front of the people working out and laugh at their fatness.

Gymgoers are ridiculously fit though, so we have to run really fast to avoid getting our asses kicked.

I do about 3 1/2 hours of Aikido a week. As well as walking goodness knows how far every day to get to college, around college, and back again. It keeps me at my trim 8 1/2-stone weight.

Walk, swim and bike ride. But because it's winter, I'm prevented from most things.

The only exercise I get is walking to and from work, and actually working (its about a good 4 hours worth of walking and moving, so its not too bad at all ^_^) which i do twice a week

I haven't done it in a while but I love to play on my eyetoy or my dancemat (danceUK is craptacular, but I LOOOOOOVE DDR!!!)

When I raise some more money I'm going to start going to break-dancing classes with my brother
