i need help i just got on disk four and im having trouble beating adel and keeping rinoa alive.its very hard i cast regain and cure rinoa but when i attack i only do like a 100 damage and she (even know it looks like a man) heals herself what do i do?i REALLY want to beat this game!

If you have a good level, use 1 Aura on a character, I recomend Squall, and make the Renzokuken, specially if you have Lionheart, if you do, earlier or later you'll made it, use the other two characters to hell Rinoa and the team, good luck

What shadowcrono said, also make sure you junction your best magic to your characters strength ( 100 magic ). There is no reason to be doing only 100 damage this far in the game...Good luck :D

thankyou very much....i beat her i used what you guys said except i learned when you cast meltdown on her and then use blizzaga it does like 900dm so i kept doin that till i won (it took a frickin'n hour to just keep reapting the darn attacks aqnd healing everybody but i got the job done ^^

hey people dont make fun of me im very smart when comes to boss fights it just takes me some time to think of a stradegy >< i know what the word *training* means and all my peeps are at 9999 so beat that >< im already in ultimecias castle and i died so what? ill figure out why i died (probly because i chose the wrong command to be unlocked)><

One solution I recommend all the time for this is simply put as Irvine. Irvine with the exeter, and as much pulse ammo as possible using aura on him alone you can target (use the window for this makes life easier especially in that fight) and just let rip repatedly I had him to level 100 and pretty good stats (gotta love devour) dealt 9999 every hit 10 hits or so to the shot break, 3 shots to the aura.

I personally prefer Fast Ammo over Pulse Ammo anyday. The average damage is slightly higher than Pulse (at 255 strength anyway) and it's buyable. Cashback.

About Ulti's castle. It's easy. If you don't want to risk random battles for a while, just Junction Enc-None. You should be able to unlock at least 3 commands before you face any difficult battles. Sphinxaur barely deserves the title of "boss". Hit him a few times and he goes down. Then head to the basement and face Tri-Point. If you have Thunder absorbtion junctioned to Elemental Defense, his massive counterattack will heal you for more than he hurts you. Then junction Fire, Thunder, and Ice to Ele-Def and go face Tiamat. Dark Flare (Tiamat's only attack) will heal you, so you don't have to worry about that boss. With 3 abilities unlocked, you can do whatever you want with the rest.

Agreeing with the above post so far. The first three bosses are way too easy. I'm about half way through the castle, with Draw, Magic and GFs unlocked. I'm half way tempted to go fight the last battle just to see if I can do it.

I got as far as I did in less than an hour. Diabols' Encounter None is your best friend if you don't want to deal with random monsters.

Also, don't forget you can leave the castle and go back to the world to stock up on spells, etc.

Erm, yes I am quoting myself....

This is hardly something I'd recommend, but I just beat the game with just Limit Breaks, Draw, Magic, and GF's unlocked. I didn't fight the Omega weapon. Regen, Curaga, Protect, Meltdown and Aura is what got me through.

But I DID IT! WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

(I'll give it a couple of weeks rest and start again.)

Here's your problem.

If you're still leveling them, I strongly suggest you stop immediately. You're only making the game harder. I'd explain how, but it's already been done several times, you need only look through this forum to find it.

If you haven't been leveling them equally, I suggest you take your highest leveled character, and aid them with your two lowest leveled characters. That should ease up the difficulty of the game somewhat for you.

um hehehehehe thats funny uhhh hehehe yeah maby i shoud take that offer cause umm well uhh all my girls are well only at leve 16 17 18 hehehe OK before you all start makin fun of me heres my reason i dont like to use them i dont know why i just dont i like to use the people im used to i dont really have the patiance to wait for there bar to load its really annoying but i soppose ill go back to where bahamut is and train(REALLY good place to train^^)

No, the idea is you DON'T want to train. Just put your two lowest level characters in a party with your highest leveled character, and the level the enemy generates at should be easy for you to defeat.

when you level up with your too lowest level charcters junction the str bonus, vit bonus and spr bonus(you can put mag bonus if you wish) then when you get too level 100 and junction the +60% abilties you'll have stats like 255, which makes even shockwave pulsar do only 450+ damage.

oh your on disc 4. try and finish it quick. And by the way ffx is not the easiest, all final fantasies have there easy parts and hard parts

Difficulty level is subjective, especially since most Final Fantasies have very different sat/ability systems. If he finds the Sphere grid idea to be easier to understand than the Junction system, then of course it's going to seem easier.

ok i guess i said this wrong "ffx is easy to me" i dont know i guess some people have problems with it but not me i cant beat ffx at 48 hrs or less its just really easy to me. its no challenge to me at all i dont think ive died since the first time i played it. i never use my overdrives either.but back on topic ill just hurry up and beat ffx and go play ff8.and use the stradegy you peoples gave me

I Do realise people find different Final Fantasy's easier than others. Its just that if you were on disc 4 after playing through that whole game why dont you just finish it and get it over and done with, the last battle is'nt that hard, using meltdown and aura makes it very easy.
