How important is money to you? I know everybody needs it to get by everyday. But even if you have money, that doesn't guarantee you happiness or success as a person. So, how much do you value money?

Zeldy

I don't value it, I just spend it.
Money burns a whole in my pocket, it really does.

Yeah, I guess I'm pretty much the same. But at the same time, I do value it, but most of all I appreciate it.

When I get money I save it till a really cool game comes out.Though it may be for a long time before it comes( Kingdom Hearts).

Bullcrap. They only believe this in sitcoms with BoB Saget. Money is happiness and success.

I put the value of people and friends over money.

Money first, though not by choice.

Lately I've been good at saving my money, but usually, I'm spending it like mad.

I love money. Yes, I'm aware of what the bible has to say about loving money. No, I don't care either. I don't really like spending it, though. I just like having it.

Speaking of money, throwing them down the Eiffel Tower can kill people. How awesome is that.

Money is wonderful. An anyone who disagrees, can send all their money to me.

Money is great. Forget being 'moralistic' -- I didn't set their morals, so no fundamentalist will set mine. :D I couldn't live without money -- literally.

I love money. Being a spoilt only child is testament to that.

I go out almost every day and I spend as much as I make.

I value it in so far as I need it to survive, and also for a few luxuries. However, I make sure I'm in a situation that making the money is as pleasant as possible. But no, it's not #1 to me.

No Pink Floyd quotes yet? Tch. Failures.

I'd like to be able to spend money without panicking about it'll affect me down the road - "If I spend x money now on plane tickets, what happens if I need x+y money when I'm in college or else I'll starve to death?"

Which is why I just need to get a job.

Without money, you are pretty much srewed nowadays. While its not the most important thing in the world, it does matter a lot.

I like money because it gets me the stuff I want. :)

How I use money? Once I get money, I start scheming. That's how I got 4 games for $30. >_>

I value paying my bills. Thats about it. I rarely spend money on clothes or toys; I'm frugal.

You ruined my post

People who say money doesn't bring happiness are bleeding heart sentimentalists.

In addition to what Zeldy just said, I also never seem to have enough money unless I want to stop at the bank.

I need money for food, clothes, and a place to live, so I'd say money is pretty damn important to me.

Ok, I admit, I have quite a craving to get money. It's only because I can buy a whole lot of stuff with it. At least I get it the honest way, unlike some people...

Money is very important. Period. Without money you have no food or shelter and this is something very basic that you just don't get without money. Then there are things you need that actually make your life enjoyable. People who say all they need to be happy is love, etc. are full of crap. :cat:

I'm miserly.

Reading the autobiography of benajmin franklin makes mew onder just how little sustenance humans need to get by. He talks of a lady living in her garret in London who hardly eats anything in a day.

I like money, and I like having it, but I don't like that I like it. Although right now I don't care too much about it since I don't really need it right now. The parents pay for all the important stuff.

If I was a millionaire I'd buy a nice house, good car, and a few other things and then give myself around $150,000 a year for anything else. The rest I would give away/start a foundation/scholarship fund.

Money is just a materialistic object. When I start needing it then I'll care enough to want it.

Exactly my thoughts.

Money is important, and I'd like to eventually get to a point where I'm more than financially comfortable. I don't necessarily want money to buy material things but I like doing stuff. I want to be able to pay to travel around the world or take cruise trips and have random adventures without worrying about how much of a hit my wallet would take if I did these things. I don't ever want to have to worry and fret about money.

It's not like it's the most important thing in the world. There are plenty of things I value above money like health and friendship and love. But it does allows a person to have more freedom and options in their life and that's pretty darn important to me.

I don't really value money. I just worry when I need money and don't have any. If I'm broke but I don't have anything I need to buy, then I'm fine being penniless.
