You know, in FF7, Sephiroth had "noble" plans. He was doing what he thought was right. He wasn't out to hurt anyone, specifically, but he was doing what he thought needed to be done, and hurting anyone who stood in the way.

Kefka, on the other hand, had no noble cause. He just loved to hurt others. He loved to hear painful screams of death and he loved to watch people die.

That's evil.

Also, first post! Been reading for a while and I think Kefka is one of the only TRUE villains of the series. No goodguy turned bad, no doing what "they think is right", Kefka just wanted to cause pain and destruction, and in reality those are the scariest type of people. That is why Kefka > All.

Ahahahahahaha, pwnage! I love it. Fanboys can't be considered FF fans. Yeah I love Kefka and FF6 but I still enjoy every other FF. Kefka has to be the best villain though, a villain has to be evil and..well...Kefka was more than that.
