What's the best Time Zone in your opinion?
As for me, it's EST. Oh yeah. EST owns all!

Not true. I live in central time (GMT-6) but I like mountain time better (GMT-7).

I currently live within CST and it's definitely the worst. Everything on tv is always the wrong time, even if it's on a network within the state. Everything will always be, at a minimum, on and hour before it's scheduled. Also it doesn't sit well with when the sun rises/sets...it's all messed up.
The only other timezone I've lived in is PST, and it never gave me a reason to even think about the timezone, which is how a timezone should be. So I vote for PST.

Amen! I hate how late the sun rises here. I'm used to the sun being up by 6-6:30 in the morning and here sometimes the sun doesn't rise until after 7. :(

CST beats EST, by far. Everything is on TV the right time here, as opposed to an hour too late (meaning, I get more sleep).
The poll is correct. GMT is clearly the best timezone. Come on, we have London and Casablanca. :cool:

Although PST is completely awesome, GMT is by far the best because it is the zone upon which all others are based.

Please. My time zone is the best, simply because of the half-hour difference. GMT - 3.5, baby. Newfoundland time.

One thing I didn't mention about NL time, GMT - 3.5. We're the first ones in North America to ring in the new year. Take that, America! We were in the new millenium a ful half hour before the rest of you North American chumps.

Six years ago I would have said the same thing, ie before I had any intention of moving to the UK. And I only capitalise first letters in thread titles, you ding dong! Titles are supposed to be capitalised!

I always capitalised Knights and Staff because they to me are titles given to groups - titles! Just like football team names are capitalised :D The Newbie thing was a play on my custom user title, because I'm the Eternal Newbie. 8-)
