I found an FAQ about how to rig Setzer's slots,

and it took me like a half hour to figure out what he wanted me to do. Well, after figuring it out (or enough to succeed at casting Joker Doom), allow me to give you a much simpler FAQ to cast Joker Doom.
At the start of a battle, use an echo screen. Then get three 7's. Pausing the game will help so that you get the 7's. If all the enemy did was attack you, and you didn't do anything else in the battle, and you're not fighting an enemy immune to Joker Doom, the game should let you use Joker Doom. Also, if Stragos is in the party, he will learn L.5 Doom.
