Ok, does L.4 Flare mean it effects monsters whose lvl is a multiple of 4? I'd think that, except it says "Casts 'Flare' on LV2, 4, 6 ... enemy." My theory is it does effect monsters whose lvl is a multiple of 4, and Ted Woolsey is an idiot.

So, I guess I mean, is the typo in the spell name or the description?

lvl 4 flare effects monster or anything which has a level that is a multiple of 4.

Ok, so Ted Woolsey is an idiot for saying it works on monsters that have a lvl that is a mult of 2? Ok, yeah, thats what I thought.

well, 4*(1/2) is 2....
just kidding around, idk, try it on an enemy who is a multiple of 2, and not 4, see if it works

Interesting, I just used it on monsters that were on lvl 26, and it missed.

Just works on enemies on multiples of four to me, dont know about the rest of you

Believe it or not, I got 100 on my linear algebra test last week. Funny, I was at the tutoring center, and someone called me on a simple multiplication mistake. Weird. The last time that happened I was in 3rd grade.
