You Americans call them Cell Phones. Strange. Anyway, what sort of mobile/cell phone do you own? Do you like it? Are you planning on buying another one?

I have a Motorola V360 in black and silver. I love it. The camera is pretty basic - but doesn't worry me as I don't take pictures with my phone. Other than that phone was a great deal.

I got a Motorola Razr. Not bad, but a hair on the expensive side.

I've got a Nokia 6610. It's about 3 years old, and doesn't have a camera. I won't buy a new phone anytime soon, I'd rather wait for UTMS/EDGE phones to get cheap and good first.

This is my Samsung X480. It's pretty useless function-wise but I only ever make calls with my mobile (and lots of them xD). Also, it's really really light and is only 8cm long when closed (a little over 14cm when open)

A Samsung E600:

Had it for 2 years now, my nana bought it me as a 'Well Done' gift for getting into Uni. I love it mainly because its a flip phone, Ive always wanted one because my cousins had one before me. They change theirs monthly or when the next fashionable one comes out. As long as it has an alarm, can text, recieve and send calls, I dont care. I love this phone :D

Cell phones... You know, I've never really understood that word. Mobile phone makes a lot more cell... Seeing as how, you know, it's a phone, and it's mobile. :D

I have... *checks* ...a Sagem MYC3-2 (the retro chic phone), and a Motorola BT60. (the sexy phone). Why two phones you ask? Two different networks, with two seperate plans that are quite convenient depending on what I need to do.

Motorola i860. (Nextel)

They are a bit on the pricy side right now, I got mine for christmas the year before last. I was able to get an amazing deal on it. At the time they retailed on amazon for 275. Amazon was offering a $150 rebate, and nextel was offering a $50 rebate with a 2 year contract. So I jumped on it. (Basically my parents paid me the remaining $75 as a christmas gift).

A Nokia something. I don't really care as long as it can pick up a signal (which it can't) and has a good enough camera to pick up poorly-lit photos of myself looking moody.

Nokia 6230i. Mine has a black keypad.

I think Americans call mobiles 'cell phones' because they refer to batteries as 'cells'. Something like that, anyway.

Yes. We call them cell phones because they're techically cellular telephones (as they use cellular technology). So, just 'cell phone'.

...Hey, anyone remember car phones? :D

I have no idea what I have. I don't really care either. It's a phone. And I barely use it, I'm not even sure why I got one in the first place. Although yesh, I'll be getting another one when my plan or whatever is up!

Silly.

Well, because I was agreeing with you. Or I was trying to. :p

"Yes, we don't call batteries 'cells', we call them 'batteries'." That better?

Anywhoo, my phone's a Motorola v276.
