The first one that comes to mind is "Dream of the Shore" from Chrono Cross. Its the song that plays on the mainland in Another World.

Pretty much any of the songs that have lyrics in them instead of just background music (which are still good btw). Like for instance: Eyes on Me (FFVIII), Melodies of Life (FFIX), Suteki Da Ne (FFX), Simple and Clean (KH), Passion/Sanctuary (KHII), think you get the idea ;)
