This year The Omen is coming out and im just wondering is anyone is going to see this. There is a Teaser Trailer out :

And it comes out 6/6/06. People are saying since 666 is the devils number somthin' will happen..any believers? Any ideas?

Yeah, I saw that trailer when I went to see Ultraviolet. Not a horrible concept, but I'm going to need a tad more information that the anitchrist looks odd in red and can swing. I'm sure there will be a better trailer later.

I enjoyed the original, so I'll probably go see this one, though likely it wont be as good.

As for something happening on the release date because of the numbers, sounds pretty ridiculous. It's amusing how people get so worried over dates.

I find it humorous that 6-6-6 would be for 2006. Like that makes any farking sense at all.

And that trailer is dumb. The Omen isn't well known enough for them to just show a kid on a swing, show 666, neglect to show a title and expect people to get it.

Um. Using the 6/6/06 thing is just an advertising gimmick. Geeze. It's not like it was some unintentional thing - "Oh hey guys we made a movie about the devil let's release it June sixth of this year. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL hay that's 6/6/06 whatta conkidink." I know that Slayer as well as some other metal bands of the like are doing an Unholy Trinity tour with a show on the exact same day, and the kids I hear talking about it pointed out the same thing.

I haven't actually watched the trailer. Heh.

Something with the dates was going on with Arnie's devil movie "End of Days." It came out 9/9/1999 and there was a poster with the release date upside down so it read 666. Clever, but pointless.
I have never seen any of the other Omen movies.
