Can't get that stupid Phil Cup!

Okay, I'm kinda far in the game, I'm at Neverland actually, and I went back to the Olympic Colliseum (sry if I spelt it wrong) to get some of the cups cuz I only got 1 (the one where you have to fight Cloud) so I'm trying to get the Phil cup, and I keep winning all these battles and not dying, but it keeps making me start over with the Phil Cup! I need some help PLZ!!

If you get to the last battle, win, and it asks if you want to start over, then you've probably already won the Phil Cup. Look at the walls in the Coliseum lobby. All the trophies/plaques you win will be on either wall. Check to see if you've already beat it.

My assumption would be that you have not yet unlocked any of the other tournaments. You'll probably have to check back later.
