What's evry1 fav + worst part of FFIX. My fav part is getting blue narciss so u finally have all eight characters to go level up. Worst part is taking control of that F-ING frog(cid). I always get caught by the monster.:tongue:

brilliant game so its hard to fault it but the only part i found annoying was trying to find my way out of the desert palace which wasnt so bad but i got stuck for over a year but at least i leveled up a lot. the "your not alone scene" and prety much the whole of terra and pandamonium were brillliant and the conversation between zidane and garland was brilliant as well. so many good points but these parts were just great.

I absolutely loved almost all the dialogue in the game. It was superbly written, and all the characters really came alive.

Escaping from the Desert Palace was probably the only part of the game I really got fed up with the second time through, and I remember disliking it on the first go.

I loved Kuja, and Steiner. And maybe Garnet and Zidane. They were the only reason why I kept playing.

I hated the battle system, the whole entire gameplay part of it. I'm not sure why, it just wasn't entertaining for me. But maybe I'll try and give it another go.

Best part: Most of it. A refreshing blast of nostalgia! (Kuja could put more clothes on though...:( )

Worst part: The stupid plot neccessary minigames. Cid getting the key, Steiner and Marcus getting out of the cage, Eiko picking how many people to serve, etc. Those annoyed me to no end.

Oh well. Can't be perfect can they? :cat:

Best: In Terra when Zidane is feeling all stubborn and tries to fight everything alone and everyone comes to back him up :D great character development scene. Kuja's theme, Melodies of Life, the sense of adventure you feel in the game.

Worst: The f***ing Gargantula (whatever they are) parts.. SO annoying!! Going to all of the elemental seals.. seemed kinda pointless and like it was just shoved in there for the sake of it.

i forgot about that love letter scene. hilarity X 10! necron was quite difficult and unexpected but hes didnt appear completely out of the blue. there was reason for it and things were said in the game to explain him.

Best - All the Amazing Music (which is even better played by yourself), especially Freya, Eiko and Vivi's Theme, Melodies of Life, You're not Alone and Pandemonium

Worst - That Cave in Qu's Marsh (I think, the place where you have to get all those flowers to attract the Gargantula's or summut like that), it was just so boring and long...

Best: Necron, Kuja, Main Characters, Music, Gameplay, Story, Game itself. Heck, everything, besides one thing.

Worst: Grand Cross. God, NeoExDeath was freakingly difficult by this blasted attack, and in IX there are even more status ailments! I hated what this attack did, but I just loved how it looked. So almighty! Why couldn't they have let it do tons of damage instead of causing status ailments? Why?

Still, besides Grand Cross which looked amazingly cool but was annoying, the best FF ever. :)
