Have the characters actually got their english voices yet? If so, does anybody know who the voice actors are? I'm curious :D

No... Square-Enix has not released any info on the English Voices that i have heard of... sorry that i could not be more helpful.

Thats ok. It's just I wondered because the demo for the game is out right? (With another game.) I would have thought you had a preview for the voices with that. (shrugs)

Recording in progress for two Final Fantasy video games to be released later in the year. Kari will provide the voice of Princess Ashe in Final Fantasy XII and the voice of Shelke in Final Fantasy 7: Dirge of Cerberus.

That's all that's been said on the voice actors as far as I know.

Whats that supposed to mean? That you are only going to use 5 of em? And whats that got to do with the voices? Oh, and in the demo, they used the Japanese voices.

Oh did they? I'm sorry I read somewhere that they used the English voicecast. If anyone finds out more voice cast could they please post?

Fran ahaha.. I dunno I want Fran to be Lucy Lawless, she seems like the sort of Bunny-woman who would scream "Chi-LA-LA-LA-LA."

The real question is, who shall do Vaan? I bet they MAN him up for us. But you never know. As long as it's an actual voice actor and not some pop star... I don't need the latest shirtless wonder messing up my business.

I think Scott Menville should do Vaan. Perfect with a kitty purr on top.

They should have the kid that did Denzel in Advent Children do Vaan. That should match perfectly to Vaan's Japanese counterpart.

Balthier's official English release voice actor: Gideon Emery. Reported on IMDb http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0256297/, and confirmed on his official website http://www.gideonemery.com/content.html. You can see it listed on the resume on his site.

My reaction: best bit of casting EVER!!!

No way, giving Vaan the same exact voice as Tidus would be dumb.

In any case, it's very likely that Joshua Seth will be voicing Vaan. He was emailed about it and said somethign along the lines of "I can neither confirm or deny that rumour at this time." Which retty much proves he's at least in the game, not 100% sure he'll be playing Vaan though, but it does seem pretty likely.

I would love it if Josh Seth did Vaan. If he does, and if Steve Blum and Kari plus Balthier's voice actors really are doing voices as well...Then I am happy. SO happy I will put on my German clogs and dance around.

I love Tidus, to death, but sometimes his voice was messed up. I've heard Vaan's voice on the trailer, sounds alright
