All Apologies. (http://youtube.com/watch?v=CVHr_my7YEo)

I know Nirvana fans are goin' to bash me for saying this, but I think this rendition is the definitive version of "All Apologies". Watch the video and listen to the song, Sinéad O'Connor invokes a certain emotion that Kurt never could, not to the same extend anyway.

What emotion? That version was slow and boring. When kurt sang it, it was just raw emotion, anger and hurt mixed. He put his heart into it. When I listened to Sinead's version, it sounded like she was covering it just to cover it.
I understood that she probably took something out of the song and interpreted it different than how Cobain meant it to be, thus why she sang it differently, but the emotion is much more prevelant in Kurt's version.
