100 Acre Wood help

Does anyone know how to get to the muddy path? I've collected all of the torn pages, and I've completed all of the 100AW levels through the bouncing spot. However, I can't figure out how to get to the muddy path. When I go to the spot on the map where it should be, it is covered in clouds. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I think you go back to the bouncing spot and talk to owl.

Yea. Have you given him all the berry thingies you can find in the trees?

you don't have to give him all the nuts (i don't think, I didn't have to) but I believ you have to break tigger's pot.

I've broken Tigger's pot three times now, and I've collected all of the nuts or berries or whatever they are called. I also went back to all of the worlds with torn pages in them and double checked to make sure that I had all of the pages, and I visited the Dalmation's house again, just in case I forgot to trade the puppies for the page. I didn't forget any of them.
