I'm finally going back to school after two years of doing absolutely nothing. I'm so glad that I've found my way back to inspiration. I'm studying to become a baker, school starting August 9th, 2006. Pheew, sorry for ranting on about my joy. So what's your job/ school and are you happy with it as it is now?

I'm preoccupied with being a junior in high school. And sometimes it seems that's all I'm capable of.

I'm a high school senior, and just finishing up my last 7 or so weeks of class. I loathe it, pretty much. But hopefully college will be fresh, exciting, and much more interesting. I also work part-time at the library, which is much nicer than going to school. Short of something career-based, I can't think of a better job.

I'm in my last 6 weeks at school. After that I'll be looking for part-time work once I find out where I'll be going to college and when I'll be at college.

I'll be looking for either secretarial, typist or admin jobs in the area that I'll be in, otherwise I'll just end up working in retail for the next two years until I leave college. I don't think I'd be able to do it. :(

I'm a Senior in highschool. So much better than highschool/primary school - you pick the subjects which you want to do, you get your own schedule and the school is there to support you - they want you to achieve, so they do everything they can to help out. Still, doing TEE is hard work. I like it. I don't have a job because I choose not to and no one expects me to have one right now. I couldn't handle doing TEE and working. Too much.

I teach English as a Second Language here in South Korea. I love my job because I get paid very well to have conversations with students between 18 and 65; and it feels very satisfying to see the improvement individual students make from month to month. Also, the school pays my rent and travel expenses. It's got to be the best job for people who are in debt after finishing university. Whatever money I don't spend on food or partying goes straight into the bank. Cha-ching!

Job..? What's that?

Okay, seriously. Legally, I'd be considered unemployed. But unofficially, I'm a writer. I've decided to dedicate all my time to my writing. I know myself that I would never get anything finished if I spent half my day in a job, just to get home, exhausted and unable to write, by the end of the evening.

I'm also heading to University before the end of the year, to do a Bachelor of Arts Degree. :)

I started off as Casual Clerical for a rather large Old Folks Home doing AR/AP and pretty much everything else clerical that you could think off. Now my regular postion is to produce two weekly newsletters and other promotions as well as AR/AP, and Payroll when needed. I love the job because I'm never bored as there is always something different happening everyday. Plus, the people I work with are all terrific so that helps. There are also cats in the building that sort of belong to everyone and they pretty much have free run of the place. :cat:

I just got my first actual, non-work study job yesterday, at a customer relations department for T-Mobile. I'll be working in a cubicle on a computer and answering dumb questions on the phone. I got to sit and watch/listen to what this guy already working there does every day and it seems insanely entertaining. I can't wait to start.

I've been in college on and off the last couple years, but I'm quitting for now and working instead, until I know what I want to major in.

I am currently a Film Major/Music Minor at the University of New Mexico. Though I am now unemployed when it comes to work.

I have had my fair share of odd-ball jobs as well. I worked for Domino's Pizza for a good 3 years as a cook/Driver and a manager becoming one of the quickest pizza makers in the city (23 second Large Handtossed Pepperoni) I Wrecked my car on New Years Eve while delivering pizzas and recently left Domino's

Other than that I have also worked at Hastings (Kinda like Borders Books or the like) as a book associate and cashier.

I plan on becoming a Stage Hand for Pope Joy Hall next semester while living on campus, and I also have a seasonal application in check with a Game Stop near my house so I can have a summer job.

I'm actually there right now. We're usually dead so I entertain myself with computer and PS2. I also like to read and do homework. And sometimes I get tips off pull tabs. Yay.
