Public groups?

How on earth do you join or create a public group?

I don't think they even exist anymore.

Only admins can create them, not members :p We've only used them for special occasions or events, like the Eizon subforum in the Archive :p If there were any public groups, you'd see a link in that place for you to join them anyway :p
