Yeah I like them, I bought there recent CD "City of Evil".
Strength of the world is my favorite song off there.
I've been listening to 'em for a couple years. A friend burned me a CD of 'em a long time ago.

I really dislike them. And everytime I see the lead singer I wanna punch him in the face. I dunno why. But they do have that Bat Country song, and thus I will allow them to continue to exist.

I dont like the song, but Bat Country refers to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, so it rocks.

I really like them, at least their new cd, City of Evil. Can't really say much for their first 2 cd's where I could barely understand what they were saying. I think my fav. songs from City of Evil would have to be Beast and the Harlot, Bat Country and Seize the Day.

My friend Zoe likes them. I've never heard them before, though.

Just started listening to this band a little while ago. Really nice to see a newer band still doing solo's and such which seem to be really rare these days. Although I prefer their sound on City of Evil overall, the song I Won't See You Tonight (Part 1) is really great from Waking the Fallen. Thats probably my favorite song by them, next to Sidewinder from City of Evil. Gotta love the acoustic solo's on that song. So, what do you guys think of them?

Yeah thats a great song. Hell, the whole cd is good imo. My friend went and seen them in a concert about a month or two ago. He said they sounded exactly like they do on the cd. Didn't really believe him until I saw the video to Burn It Down, I think. I would love to see them live.

They're pretty good, they get on my nerves from time to time, but overall I like them. City of Evil is good, their second cd is better for sure though. I'm going to see them and Coheed and Cambrea on May 13th

I was a very large fan of a7x in their Sounding the Seventh Trumpet and Waking the Fallen days. I Won't See You Tonight (Part 1) would also be my favorite song by them, Remenissions is good too. Though, I absolutely ABHOR City of Evil.
Edit: They don't sound anything live like they do in studio, atleast they didn't before. I've seen them 3 or 4 times, and they're not that great live.

My friend said that they were sounding pretty good at the warped tour last year. I'm mainly going for the Coheed performance anyways though.

They're a fun little band. Nothing really special, City Of Evil just seemed to drone on a bit for me though.
I did see them live a few weeks ago though, and it was excellent. Easily one of the best gigs I've been to, they were really good. And he wore the hat :D

They were one of those "grows on me" bands. I heard a couple songs and thought they were cool. Then I would hear them again and it just got better and better.
They're a cool little band, though I don't think I would call myself a fanboy or anything.

I'm not a great fan really....I saw them at Reading festival two years ago and they bored me rather.
Heh, I was seeing Boysetsfire in London the other day, and A7X were playing in the venue next door, the Astoria...there were so many scene kids there who looked like it was their first gig. Bless. So many of them wandered down to the back of our line and started queing. I told one lot they were in the wrong line...but....it just got funny after a while to see how many A7X shirts went down to the back of our queue..... :}
Anyoen here catch them at the Astoria in March and end up queueing to see BoySetsFire at the Mean Fiddler? I want stories and tales of mental damage.
