any 1 kno all the characters in kingdomhearts 2 who are from final fantasy>?

Cloud, Squall, Aeris, Cid (FFVII), Seifer, Setzer, Vivi, Raijin, Fujin, Yuffie, Tifa, Sephiroth, Auron, Yuna (FFX-2), Rikku (FFX-2), Paine, and Selphie. Wakka and Tidus are mentioned, but are never shown. I'm pretty sure that's all of them.

Who's Wantz?

Wantz is from Final Fantasy X. After O'aka XXIII goes to prison, Wantz appears as his apprentice of sorts. You can find him permanently in the Macalania Woods after the Sin location is unlocked.

of all the ffvi characters, they picked setzer... LAME I would have picked Leo or Sabin... or shadow. Strago would have been a much better candidate for either Yen Shu or Merlin

FFVI -- Setzer, no Kefka is NOT in KHII, regardless of how cool it would be
FFIX -- Vivi, Moogles
FFVII -- Cloud, Aeris/Aerith, Tifa, Sephiroth, Cid Highwind, Biggs, Wedge, Jessie
FFVIII -- Squall (as Leon), Selphie, Seifer, Rai (Raijin), Fuu (Fuijin)
FFX -- Tidus, Wakka (KHI only, mentioned in script in KHII)
Yuna, Rikku, Paine (FFX-2), Auron, Wantz

Moogles are Artemcion, Kupo, Monty, Mosh, Mogtaro, Morlock, Mojito, Gumo, Kumop, Slitzkin, and the one found at Hollow Bastion.

Gummi ships also reference many of the FF series , including the Cactuar, Cait Sith, and Highwind (the airship in FFVII)

The Disney references would take longer to compile. I will compile a list of locations also, if so desired.

I'm not sure, but i believe (Ending Spoiler!) Rinoa is referenced at the end of it. in the little mini-clips of each world that roll alongside the credits, you see Leon open a letter, get a lovesick look on his face and a pink butterfly image floats up from the letter in front of his face. Then again, they immediately showed Aerith sitting on a cliff alone, but i somehow doubt that they would try to hook up Aerith and Leon. Final Fantasy itself would explode.
