Even without any bias, I still say FFVIII. Best background ever (the one with Squall and Rinoa or the one with Rinoa, Squall, and Seifer.)

I'd have to say FFVIII's first. What can I say? The Squall and Rinoa logo is awesome.

Second is FFTA. Because, as Ramza Beoulve said, that judge riding the chocobo just looks awesome.

FFVII after that, because I like the Meteor logo.

I didn't much like X or X-2's. Someone should link XII's, because I haven't seen it. In fact, link them all if you can.

I have been considering the same as well....although I don't like the tought of needles ..... :-)

But the VII is really a great one for a tattoo, not to big, just plain and simple

My favorites are VIII, VII, and VI's in that order. The other ones are okay, but these stand out the most.
