once a week while the wife is at work and the kid is at school, I go to Denny's to eat breakfast and bring a book and stay there for about an hour or so, with the cell phone turned off. Doing stuff like that does wonders.

I play a videogame where I either have an uber standing character, or I can make an uber character through a cheat/very simple and fast exploit, and I go on a mad insane rampage killing everything I can.

Fallout is particularly nice that way, but The Incredible Hulk might be king of it.

I usually play on my piano...but then I do that as much as I can anyway. Well, if I'm angry or upset about anything I usually go to the Piano.
Sometimes I might stick Star Wars Battlefront I on the ps2 and do the Naboo plains map,choose to be the CIS and then blow the /xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif out of some gung-gungs. Ooh thats always good for making me laugh.
