I don't know if you have ever tried or seen this, but i just heard about it today from a friend....

At your desk, lift your right foot off the ground and make clockwise circles with it. THen while doing that take your right hand and spell a the # 6 in the air, and your foot will change directions!

You might need to do it a few times to actually see it.
IF anyone knows an explanation to it, or anything tell me.

Interesting. I know a lot of foot/hand tricks, but I didn't know that.

Neat! Try doing your foot clockwise, and hand counterclockwise at the same time, keeping it up is impossible!

I got to .4 of a single revolution! :D

Man, our neural connections are pretty lame if they get confused this easily.

A different cool thing to do is - stand right next to a wall, put your arm straight down by your side, and then press against the wall with the back of your hand as hard as you can for oh, about three minutes. Then step away from the wall! Hours of fun! =D

Man, our neural connections are pretty lame if they get confused this easily.

It's the opposite, they're actually better for these little quirks. Having "natural rhythm" such as this is what made us better hunters. It the idea of the right hand always knowing what the left hand is doing. The body is constantly keeping track of what our limbs are doing and making sure they're working in time. If they didn't we'd just flail about the place like morons.

Yet, we do that regardless. It's called disco.

Well that's a dandy coincidence when we're out hunting, but we're civilized now and so we should be better! :P Actually what you're saying makes sense, but still. I object.

Yes I can. :(

Anyway, I did this some time last year. It's right side versus left side of the brain if I remember correctly.

Seen this before :p I can make my right hand and foot go in opposite directions though rather easily, but I find it harder doing it with the left side :p

Make the six shape in the air starting from right to left, an not left to right, an your foot will be able to remain moving in clockwise circles. Well, mine can anyway.
