What Does Gaurdian Mog do?

Ok this is a question that has plagued me for about 3 years now.
WHAT DOES EIKOS ABILATY GAURDIAN MOG DO? like it dosent protect her from all bad status right? and it dosent lower encounter rate so..what does it do?!!!!!!:confused:

It cures Eiko of all bad statuses (except KO) at the end of battle, before the EXP/AP screen is displayed.

You're right, i never saw the protection the "Guardian Mog" ability i should give.:) Odd.....

So, for example, if Eiko was hit with "virus" she would still gain EXP if the guardian mog ability was equipped?
